Metabolic Health Audit · Centennial, CO

Still tired, even though your labs say you're fine?

A standard physical checks whether your organs are failing. It doesn't check whether your metabolism is actually working. The Metabolic Health Audit looks much deeper, so you and Dr. Trey can find the likely reasons behind your fatigue instead of guessing.

Who it's for

  • Adults who are tired most days, even after a full night's sleep
  • People whose annual labs came back "normal" but nothing was explained
  • Anyone who has tried supplements, apps and sleep tracking without a real answer

Not a fit if you have untreated sleep apnea, active heart failure or kidney disease. Those need to be addressed first, and Dr. Trey will say so.

What $750 gets you

$1,500$750through November 1st
  • 160+ blood biomarkersThyroid incl. reverse T3, insulin, inflammation, nutrients, hormones, liver, kidneys and more
  • Gut microbiome testMetagenomic stool test, done at home
  • 2 weeks of glucose monitoringA continuous glucose monitor worn at home
  • seca body composition scanMuscle, fat, water and your resting caloric expenditure
  • VO2 max baselineHow well your body actually uses oxygen
  • Results review with Dr. TreyA one-on-one visit, in plain language, with written next steps

What you get out of it: You leave knowing what your numbers say, which issues are most likely driving your fatigue, and what Dr. Trey recommends next.

And after? If Dr. Trey recommends the 8-week Metabolic Reset Package ([package price]) and you choose it, your $750 is credited in full, so you pay [price − $750] more. If you stop after the audit, $750 is all you pay.

Dr. Inna Trey, MD with a HealthLogicMD clinician
Dr. Inna Trey, MDFounder & Medical Director · Board-certified Family Medicine · BioTE-certified in hormone optimization

Dr. Trey has run HealthLogicMD since 2017. Her approach is simple: find the root cause instead of masking symptoms, and explain the results in words a patient can actually use.

How Dr. Trey explains the audit
“Most people who come to me with fatigue have already been told their labs are normal. The problem is that "normal" is a very wide range, and a standard panel only looks at 15 or 20 markers. In the audit, I look at over 160, plus your gut, your glucose over two weeks, and your body composition. Then we sit down together and I walk you through what I see. Sometimes the answer is clear. Sometimes we find something that needs to be ruled out first. Either way, you leave with a plan instead of a shrug.”
Draft for Dr. Trey's approval.

What we test

160+ biomarkers, grouped by what they tell us.

Most physicals run a basic panel of about 20 markers. We go much wider, because fatigue rarely has a single cause. Here is what is in the audit and why each group matters.

Metabolism & blood sugar

How your body turns food into energy, and whether insulin is doing its job.

  • Fasting glucose
  • Fasting insulin
  • HbA1c
  • Leptin
  • Uric acid
  • Triglyceride-to-HDL ratio

Thyroid, the full picture

TSH alone misses a lot. Reverse T3 can show a cellular block even when TSH looks normal.

  • TSH
  • Free T3
  • Free T4
  • Reverse T3
  • TPO antibodies
  • Thyroglobulin antibodies

Heart & lipids

The particles that actually drive cardiovascular risk, not just total cholesterol.

  • ApoB
  • Lp(a)
  • LDL & HDL
  • Triglycerides
  • Homocysteine
  • hs-CRP

Inflammation & immune

Chronic low-grade inflammation is one of the most common hidden energy drains.

  • hs-CRP
  • White cell differential
  • Ferritin
  • ANA screen
  • Rheumatoid factor

Hormones

Sex and stress hormones shape sleep, mood, drive and recovery.

  • Testosterone (total & free)
  • Estradiol
  • Progesterone
  • DHEA-S
  • SHBG
  • FSH & LH
  • Prolactin

Stress & adrenal

Whether your stress response is stuck "on" or worn out.

  • AM cortisol
  • DHEA-S
  • Cortisol-to-DHEA ratio

Nutrients & vitamins

Low iron, B12, D or magnesium can look exactly like metabolic fatigue.

  • Vitamin D
  • B12 & folate
  • Iron panel & ferritin
  • Magnesium
  • Zinc
  • Omega-3 index
  • Vitamin A & E

Liver

A sluggish liver changes how you process hormones, sugar and medications.

  • ALT & AST
  • GGT
  • Alkaline phosphatase
  • Bilirubin
  • Albumin

Kidneys & electrolytes

Rules out kidney issues and checks the minerals your cells run on.

  • Creatinine & eGFR
  • BUN
  • Sodium & potassium
  • Calcium
  • Chloride & CO2

Blood count

Anemia and oxygen delivery, the simplest fatigue causes that still get missed.

  • Hemoglobin & hematocrit
  • Red cell indices (MCV, RDW)
  • Platelets
  • Reticulocytes

Gut microbiome

Your gut bacteria affect inflammation, nutrient absorption and even mood.

  • Metagenomic stool sequencing
  • Diversity score
  • Inflammatory markers
  • Digestive function

Toxins & extras

A few outliers that are cheap to check and expensive to miss.

  • Lead
  • Mercury
  • Celiac screen
  • Urinalysis

Beyond the blood draw

Continuous glucose monitor

Two weeks of real-world glucose data: how you respond to meals, sleep and stress, not one fasting number.

seca body composition

Medical-grade scan of muscle, fat and water, plus your resting caloric expenditure.

VO2 max test

A baseline of how efficiently your body uses oxygen, one of the best predictors of long-term health.

The exact panel is set by Dr. Trey for each patient. Some markers are added or swapped based on your history, so your list may differ slightly from the groups above.

The Continued Care Guarantee

Every body is different. Some take longer to respond than others, and we'll walk that road with you. So here's the deal. If you qualify, follow the 8-week protocol exactly, and your Week 10 labs and seca scan don't show measurable improvement, Dr. Trey keeps managing and adjusting your protocol until we hit your target. You don't pay another dollar for her time. What's not covered: any supplements, medications, or treatments the adjusted protocol calls for. Those are yours. We cover the doctor. You cover the stuff. That's the whole deal, no fine print.
