How the Technology Works

Skin Preparation
On treatment day, the skin is cleansed and a topical anesthetic is applied to maximize comfort. Most patients find Neogen comfortable — often described as a warm, prickling sensation during the procedure. A full-face session typically takes 30–60 minutes.
The Treatment
Energy is delivered uniformly across the treatment area. The surface stays intact — no open wound.
